The aim of the Aeolian Charme Collection is to give to our guests a unique and unrepeatable experience in our beautiful islands. You cannot say that you have fully enjoyed them without having tasted the local dishes, therefore our Collection also includes Chimera Restaurant in Lipari and Asinobeach Pizza and Restaurant in Vulcano.
Two different islands, two different restaurants sharing the same vision which is to make our guests discover the aromas and flavours of the Sicilian and Aeolian tradition with a modern touch.
Restaurant Chimera offers a gourmet itinerary in a charming atmosphere with a wonderful view of the bay of Lipari.
At Asinobeach you can taste pizza and the famous "schiacciata" named on all tourist guides. You don't know what it is? Then come to the Aeolian Islands to discover this healthy and tasty specialty cooked in our wood oven. But not only! We also prepare fresh salads, the delicious Aeolian salad, sandwiches and the chef’s fish dishes of the day.
Ultimately, the Aeolian cuisine in our restaurants is handed down but at the same time reinvented with the different styles and talents of our chefs.
